Agriculture in Haiti
I receive a news alert every day that provides links to articles about Haiti in general. On Sunday, I usually have more time to read them, though I skim most of it every day. I read this article today, and … Continue reading →

Tuesday, Tuesday
Tuesdays wipe me out. Particularly recently. As I sit at my desk, the sweat is still drying and I am feeling miserable and sticky. I’ve had my morning shower, and am fighting off the urge to jump in again in … Continue reading →

What a day
The day began at 7:30 and is just ending now at 9:30. I can’t even remember what I’ve been doing for the last 14 hours. My timesheet says I’ve worked 222 hours in the last 22 days, which means an … Continue reading →
And now for something completely different…
Catch What’s on Your Plate?, the documentary about kids and food politics, on national TV this February 7th, 2010! Join families across the country for a Family Cook-In! on Sunday, February 7th and spend an afternoon learning with your kids … Continue reading →
I’m too tired to think of a title…
I spent today working with the malnutrition program. It was chaos. To say we need to do some reorganizing and advance planning before Tuesday comes is an understatement. Today, for some reason unclear to me, we combined the program with vaccinations too. I … Continue reading →
